Audi Australia are the proud sponsor of the long-running Audi Winter Series, held out of the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia, at Rushcutters Bay on Sydney Harbour.
The Audi Winter Series began in its current format during the 1950s and has increased over the years to become Australia’s largest ongoing series, with an average of 140+ boats competing each Sunday. There are 11 divisions in total with participating boats ranging in size from 30ft to 80ft.
As a sponsor of this Series, four AudiCorporate members are welcome to participate in the Winter Series each week, you could be a guest sailor (yes you will be sailing with the team) onboard a selected yacht on one of the three Sundays in July. These being races on the 4th, 11th and 18th of July.
A day’s sailing will usually begin with meeting your crew members at the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia at approx. 9.30am (times may vary), where you will then familiarise yourself with the boat. Racing commences at 11:30am and is usually finished between 3-4:30pm.

Positions will be confirmed by email. Please note places are limited (and cannot be guaranteed) with a maximum of four guests each week. NB: The preferred ratio is two guests per boat.
Those participating will need to wear white or non-marking soled shoes, bring your own sunscreen and warm attire and you will be required to sign a disclaimer. |
